Elephant Capital Shareholders Approve Delisting From AIM (ALLISS)

1st Apr 2016 15:14

LONDON (Alliance News) - Elephant Capital PLC on Friday said it expects the last day of dealings in its shares on London's AIM market to be in one week's time.

In a statement, the private equity business with assets in India said the last day of dealings is expected to be Friday, April 8, with delisting to be effective the following Monday.

Elephant Capital said in February that it would seek to cancel its listing on AIM to save money. Shareholders approved the decision on Friday.

The stock was up 9.9% at 12.50 pence on Friday afternoon.
