(Alliance News) - Elementis PLC said Friday that Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Nick Salmon will step down from his role at the company's next annual general meeting in April 2020.
Salmon has been part of the specialty chemicals company for five years since 2014. His most recent executive role was as chief executive of materials technology firm Cookson Group PLC, from 2004 to December 2012, when it was split into Vesuvius PLC and Alent PLC.
Shares in Elementis were down 0.6% at 138.00 pence each in London on Friday.
