LONDON (Alliance News) - Specialty chemicals company Elementis PLC on Friday said it has appointed Paul Waterman as its chief executive-designate, with plans for him to take over from David Dutro in early 2016.
Waterman is currently the chief executive of BP Lubricants, the lubricant oil arm of oil and gas major BP PLC, and worked for the likes of consumer goods company Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC and US food company Kraft Foods Inc in the past.
Elementis said it will make a further announcement in due course to define the dates the changes will take place.
Shares in Elementis were up 0.9% to 230.40 pence on Friday.
