LONDON (Alliance News) - Elegant Hotels Group PLC Monday said that it has had its capital reduction approved by the High Court of Justice in England and Wales.
The hotel company initiated a capital reduction in order to create distributable reserves to facilitate the payment of dividends for the current year, and said it will become effective within the next week.
Shares in Elegant were trading up 0.3% at 110.80 pence early Monday.
