LONDON (Alliance News) - Barbados hotel operator Elegant Hotels PLC on Monday said it has appointed David Adams as a non-executive director.
Adams is currently the chairman of Conviviality PLC, the owner of the Bargain Booze off-licence chain, and is the former chief financial officer and deputy chief executive of department store House of Fraser PLC and was executive chairman of Jessops PLC, the camera retailer.
He also sits on the boards of car parts and bicycles retailer Halfords PLC, models and collectibles company Hornby PLC and tonics maker Fevertree Drinks PLC.
Shares in the company were up 1.1% to 113.20 pence on Monday.
