LONDON (Alliance News) - Education information provider Electric Word PLC on Wednesday said it has struck a deal to sell its Radcliffe Solutions Ltd business to Clarity Informatics Group Ltd.
Clarity Informatics will pay GBP125,000 less working capital adjustments for Radcliffe, an IT consultancy and software provider.
Electric Word said it will use the proceeds from the sale to invest in other parts of its business.
Shares in Electric Word were untraded on Wednesday, having last traded at 3.00 pence.
