LONDON (Alliance News) - Elecosoft PLC said Thursday its profit was "significantly higher" year-on-year and "comfortably" in line with management expectations due to the increase in revenue and the continuing cost management.
For the first four months to April 30, the digital construction solutions provider revenue increased 7% year-on-year.
Net cash for the first quarter of 2018 was GBP2.4 million up from GBP1.0 million at the end of the previous financial year in December.
Executive Chairman John Ketteley said: "Elecosoft has continued to perform well reflecting both the strength and international spread of our core businesses."
Shares were trading at 73.90 pence up 3.4%.
