LONDON (Alliance News) - EKF Diagnostics Holdings PLC said Thursday that Chief Technology Officer Tito Bacarese-Hamilton has reigned from the board with immediate effect and will leave the company at the end of the year.
The company said that Bacarese-Hamilton had been granted a share option to acquire 1.3 million shares at an exercise price of 22.5 pence, which can be exercised at any time until the end of 2016. This was granted as the second tranche of three under Bacarese-Hamilton's contract. The third tranche will not be granted, EKF said.
Shares in EKF Diagnostics were up 1.9% at 11.46 pence Thursday morning.
