(Alliance News) - Closed-ended investment company EJF Investments Ltd on Friday posted an interim net asset value rise and released a first half dividend in line with its increased target.
Net asset value per share at June 30 was 189.73 pence, EJF reported, 6.3% higher than the 178.42p it reported from the end of December.
Net asset value rose 6.4% from December to GBP121.8 million compared to GBP114.5 million.
Shares in the company were untraded in London on Friday, last quoted at 174.00p each, an 8.3% discount to its June net asset value.
The company released a total interim dividend of 5.35p, up 7% year-on-year and in line with its guidance of an annual payout of 10.7p.
Including dividends, total net asset value return was 9.5%. EJF is targeting an annual return between 8% and 10%.
