EJF Investments Raises GBP5.8 Million Via Share Placing (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - EJF Investments Ltd said Friday that it has raised GBP5.8 million through placing 3.4 million shares at 171.5 pence per share.

Shares in the closed-ended investment company were untraded on Friday, last traded at 180.00 pence.

Placing proceeds will go towards the company's pipeline of investments.

EJF Investments said it expects another placing shortly to accommodate further interest from investors unable to participate due to the timescales of the placing.

The company now has 57.9 million shares in issue overall.
