EIH To Give Shareholders USD1.6 Million After Investee Distribution

LONDON (Alliance News) - India-focused private equity firm EIH PLC said Tuesday it is to return USD1.6 million to shareholders after receiving funds from an investee.
EIH received USD1.5 million in a distribution by Evolvence India Fund. As a result, it is to give shareholders USD0.025 per share - equivalent to USD1.6 million - through a capital distribution.
EIH shares were untraded on Tuesday at 0.26 US cents per share.
