(Alliance News) - Ediston Property Investment Company PLC on Wednesday declared an interim dividend of 0.4792 pence per share for the month of September.
Shares in the real estate investment trust were down 2.3% at 85.02p in London on Wednesday afternoon.
The dividend has an ex-dividend date of Thursday next week and the pay date is October 31. The dividend amount matches the what was paid for August and for September 2018.
A dividend of the same amount is expected to be paid for October, for which the payment date will fall in November.
The monthly dividend equates to an annualised 5.75p per share dividend.
