LONDON (Alliance News) - Edenville Energy PLC Monday said it has got a positive response in meetings held in China in recent weeks over the farm-out of its Rukwa coal project in Tanzania.
Chief Executive Rufus Short and Non-Executive Director Arun Srivastava recently held talks with representatives of Chinese energy company SEPCO2 about the Rukwa project.
"Whilst all these discussions are at a relatively early stage, we are pleased with the interest being shown in our Rukwa project," said Short.
Shares in Edenville were up 16% to 0.087 pence Monday morning, one of the best performers in the AIM All-Share index.
