LONDON (Alliance News) - Edenville Energy PLC on Thursday said it has raised GBP250,000 via a share placing to back its work on the Rukwa coal project in Tanzania.
Edenville said it has issued 625 million shares at 0.04 pence per share. Shares in the company were down 14% to 0.0385 pence on Thursday, one of the worst performers in the AIM All-Share.
It will use the proceeds to complete the mining licence application and move forward with discussions with potential partners on the Rukwa project.
