LONDON (Alliance News) - Edenville Energy PLC on Thursday said it has issued shares under a warrant exercise.
Edenville has issued 16.5 million shares at 0.054 pence, meaning it received a total consideration of GBP8,925.
Shares in Edenville were down 0.4% to 0.0697 pence on Thursday.
