(Alliance News) - Cybersecurity services provider ECSC Group PLC said it has won two new contracts, worth over GBP590,000 combined.
The company - which has offices across the UK - said it has secured two managed service contracts with a national charity and a high street retailer to provide cybersecurity monitoring and breach detection, utilising ECSC's Kepler Artificial Intelligence product.
The Kepler AI service was launched in 2018 and is intended to provide uninterrupted - "24/7/365" - security monitoring to quickly identify cybersecurity breaches, contain and repel attacks before data breaches occur.
Both contracts have a three-year term, with a combined value of over 20% of ECSC's managed services order book as at Thursday.
"We are delighted to announce two further major contract wins across two diverse sectors. The charity win is the first major managed service win to originate from the new ECSC partner programme, highlighting the positive progress in this area," said Chief Executive Ian Mann.
"Following the introduction of the 2019 general data protection fines, a wide range of clients are increasingly recognising the need for cybersecurity managed services. Our strategy of winning consultancy clients, and clients from within the partner programme, then developing them into long-term recurring managed service clients continues to be effective," he added.
The stock was trading 3.6% lower at 94.00 pence each at midday Thursday in London.
