LONDON (Alliance News) - ECR Minerals PLC said Thursday that Non-Executive Director Christian Dennis resigned with immediate effect to focus on other business.
The company said it intends to appoint a new non-executive director and will make a further announcement in "due course".
Shares in the mineral exploration and development company closed down 3.2% at 0.76 pence on Thursday.
