LONDON (Alliance News) - ECR Minerals PLC on Friday said it has appointed William Howell as its new non-executive chairman with immediate effect.
Howell replaces Paul Johnson, who has stepped down from his position with the company.
Shares in ECR were down 3.2% to 0.121 pence on Monday.
