(Alliance News) - Ecofin Global Utilities And Infrastructure Trust PLC on Friday said it has hired Susannah Nicklin as independent non-executive director, with effect on September 9.
Nicklin is currently a non-executive director at fund management firm Amati AIM VCT PLC, investment trust North American Income Trust PLC, and asset management group City of London Investment Group PLC. She also serves as a director at private equity-focused investment trust Pantheon International PLC.
Nicklin is an experienced non-executive director and financial services professional with 25 years of experience in executive roles in investment banking, equity research and wealth management in the US, Australia and the UK, said Ecofin, adding that she has also worked in the impact investment sector and holds the chartered financial analyst qualification.
Ecofin shares were up 0.6% at 165.50 pence each on Friday morning in London.
