LONDON (Alliance News) - Eco City Vehicles PLC Monday said it has filed a notice of intention to appoint an administrator in order to give its directors enough time to evaluate its options.
In addition, Eco City Vehicles said Finance Director Jonathan Moritz will step down from the board on Friday to "pursue other interests". His role will be "fulfilled" by Non-Executive Director Ran Oren "as required".
Oren was previously Eco City Vehicles interim finance director between May 2012 and June 2013.
Eco City Vehicles shares Monday closed down 7.7% at 0.300 pence.
