(Alliance News) - ECO Animal Health Group PLC said Monday it has appointed Christopher Wilks as chief financial officer with effect from September 3.
Wilks most recently was chief financial officer of Signum Technology, which operates in the safety and critical service control sector, from 2012 to 2019. Prior to that Wilks was finance head of oil & gas electrical equipment manufacturer Sondex PLC for 10 years from 1997 to 2008.
Wilks appointment has been followed by several resignations: Financial Director Kevin Stockdale who will remain with the company, and Executive Director Julia Trouse, who has resigned from the board, to remain as company secretary.

He brings a wealth of experience, having successfully grown listed businesses, and is a great addition to our management team as we look to build on our momentum. I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere thanks to Kevin and Julia for the considerable contributions that they have made to the Board over many years," said Chief Executive Officer Marc Loomes.
Shares in ECO Animal Health were untraded on Monday, last quoted at 392.49 pence in London.
