LONDON (Alliance News) - Ebiquity PLC said Thursday that it has appointed Michael Karg as its chief executive officer from January 1, 2016, succeeding Michael Greenlees.
The marketing analytics company said Greenlees will remain as a non-executive to ensure and orderly handover, and will remain as a consultant for two years from end-April 2016.
Karg has been chief executive officer of Razorfish International, part of French advertising company Publicis Groupe, since 2013.
Shares in Ebiquity are untraded Thursday morning. It last closed at 145.30 pence.
