AMSTERDAM (Alliance News) - Dutch EasyJet pilots are planning a 24-hour strike at Amsterdam's Schiphol airport Friday, the pilots union announced.
The Dutch Airline Pilots Association said in a press release Wednesday that talks with the low-budget airline over better work conditions had not progressed since a strike the week before.
The airline did not expect any massive interruptions in flight operations, saying the airline would deploy foreign crews.
The association said it would pursue legal action over what it considers an illegal strike-breaking move in that case.
