Titon Holdings PLC - Colchester, England-based manufacturer and supplier of ventilation systems - Swings to pretax profit of GBP105,000 in the year to September 30, from a loss of GBP2.4 million. Revenue rises 2.1% to GBP15.8 million from GBP15.5 million. Revenue hike is despite "continued weakness in the residential new build market". Proposes no final payout again, believing a "no-dividend policy is still appropriate". It adds: "Our focus is on rebuilding profitability and investing in opportunities that drive long-term shareholder value. We recognise the importance of dividends to some shareholders and will consider reinstating a progressive dividend policy when justified."

Brooks Macdonald Group PLC - London-based wealth manager - Total funds under management and advice at December 30, the second quarter's end, rise to GBP20.11 billion from GBP19.61 billion at the start of October. It sees net inflows of GBP50 million, improving from an outflow of GBP151 million a year prior. It represents the first quarter of "positive net flows since FY 2023". Brooks Macdonald releases half-year results on February 24.

Active Energy Group PLC - renewable energy and digital infrastructure company based in London - Moves trading on the OTCQB Venture Market to the OTC Integrated Disclosure Market, which enhances "access to US and international investors". Active Energy adds: "The company's ordinary shares are now eligible for trading on OTC Markets Group's extensive global platform, which provides broad investor reach across North America, Europe and Asia, with offices from New York through to Asia. This milestone supports Active Energy's strategy to expand its international shareholder base and improve global market visibility."

Pantheon Resources PLC - oil and gas company focused on developing the Ahpun and Kodiak onshore oil fields in Alaska - Raises USD10 million through a placing of new shares at 7.0 pence each. Funds will "support near-term appraisal activities across the Ahpun and Kodiak projects and for general working capital". Placing is of 106.2 million shares.

Blencowe Resources PLC - developing the Orom-Cross graphite project in Uganda - Reports European purification testwork that upgrades all Orom-Cross graphite products to 99.99% carbon content, confirming the highest "four-nines" purity using a non-Chinese processing route. Achieving this is "extremely rare", it adds. Testwork carried out with Alkeemia Spa in Italy validates a cleaner, lower-toxicity purification process and strengthens Orom-Cross's positioning for high-value defence, nuclear and specialist energy markets, while supporting ongoing offtake and European market discussions. Executive Chair Cameron Pearce says: "These purification results are a significant milestone for Orom-Cross and once again demonstrate that our graphite can achieve the very highest purity levels required for specialist applications, including defence, nuclear and strategic energy uses where quality and supply security are critical. It also opens the potential for a valuable new partnership to develop. Importantly, this work adds further upside potential to the economics outlined in our DFS by broadening access to higher-margin, supply-constrained markets."

Metals One PLC - London-based metals exploration and development - Applies for EU strategic project designation for Black Schist project in Finland. "The application has been made pursuant to the Critical Raw Materials Act, which seeks to establish a framework for ensuring a secure and sustainable supply of critical raw materials," Metals One says.
