----------

BATM Advanced Communications Ltd - Israel-based provider of network infrastructure, cybersecurity and diagnostic technologies - BATM swings to a pretax profit of USD12.4 million in 2025 from a loss of USD5.4 million in 2024. Revenue improves 5.0% to USD123.2 million from USD117.3 million. "BATM is entering the next phase of its transformation - evolving into a company focused on the provision of secure managed networking and cybersecurity. 2025 has been a pivotal and transformational year for the group in this regard. We divested four non-core activities, with another sale announced in 2026, and the successful turnaround of our proprietary diagnostics business allows us to accelerate our plan to focus on BATM Networks and BATM Cyber, which the board believes offer substantial potential for creating long-term shareholder value," Chief Executive Officer Moti Nagar says.

The implementation will be managed by one of the provider's leading consultancy partners," Vulcan Two adds. Vulcan Two pays an annual subscription fee of GBP80,000, which rises to GBP100,000 over the term of the five-year deal. "The company also expects to pay the consultancy a fee of approximately GBP765,000 to implement the ERP system during the course of 2026, with the majority of this development expenditure expected to be capitalised as an intangible asset," it adds.

----------

Amcomri Group PLC - London-based specialist engineering services and industrial manufacturing firm - Amcomri expects to report 2025 revenue of GBP70.9 million, surging 22% from GBP58.1 million in 2024. Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation are set to rise to GBP9 million, up17% from GBP7.7 million, "significantly ahead of market expectations". "This positive momentum has been driven by continued underlying demand for the group's services and products across core markets, particularly in the Embedded Engineering division through a combination of significant new contracts with new and existing customers, as well as contributions from recent acquisitions. This has been further supported by strong demand in our businesses that service the defence and civilian aerospace sectors," Amcomri Group says. "On the back of this positive 2025 performance, FY26 has started well across both the Embedded Engineering and B2B Manufacturing divisions and the group is trading in line with expectations," it adds. The firm releases annual results on April 14.

The matter is related to the BFAR fisheries IMEMS project in the Philippines. "This brings the matter to a definitive close," SRT adds. In February, SRT said: "As noted via an announcement on 24 April 2024, SRT clarifies that the IMEMS contract was won following an open and competitive international tender, which has been successfully implemented and is operational. The ombudsman has previously confirmed that both SRT and Richard Hurd were cleared of any allegations. The ombudsman had recommended further investigation into Simon Tucker and other individuals outside of SRT, and we are pleased to see this now moving forward through the Philippine legal process towards a clear resolution. The board remains fully supportive of Simon who continues with the process to clear his name."
