LONDON (Alliance News) - Eagle Eye Solutions Group PLC said Monday that it has appointed Bob Willett as non-executive chairman of the company with immediate effect.
The UK provider of digital consumer engagement solutions to the retail and hospitality industries said Willett succeeds Bill Currie who steps down as chairman, who will remain an active member of the board as a non-executive director.
Willett rejoins the board after serving as non-executive chairman from 2013 to March 2014, after temporarily stepping down for health reasons.
"I am delighted that Bob has returned to the Company. His leadership and strategic skills will be important as we grow the business. Specifically his extensive knowledge of retail and international business will be invaluable as we go forward. I would also like to thank Bill for his support throughout the IPO process and I am so pleased he has agreed to stay on as a Non-Executive Director," said Chief Executive Phill Blundell.
Shares in Eagle Eye Solutions Group were Monday trading 2.94% higher at 175.00 pence per share.
