Eagle Eye Solutions Confident As First Quarter Revenue Up 30%

17th Nov 2015 11:20

LONDON (Alliance News) - Eagle Eye Solutions Group PLC said it remains "excited and confident about the future", as it continued to trade well in its first quarter to end-September, seeing revenue up 30% compared to the previous year.

Eagle Eye provides software and technology products for digital promotions in the grocery, retail and hospitality industries. In the year to end-June it inked two deals with major grocery companies Asda Stores Ltd and J Sainsbury PLC.

Eagle Eye said it saw revenue from digital promotions on its AIR platform up 87% in the quarter compared to the previous year, driven by new customer wins and increased transactional revenue.

Messaging revenue fell 27%, as a result of changes in the way messages are delivered for its key client. It expects this shortfall to be recovered by new customer wins during the remainder of the year.

Shares in Eagle Eye were up 1.1% at 225.00 pence Tuesday morning.
