e-Therapeutics Trading Up As Brain Cancer Trial To Resume Recruitment

8th May 2014 10:51

LONDON (Alliance News) - Shares in e-Therapeutics PLC were trading higher Thursday after it said that it had been cleared by the US Food and Drug administration to resume recruiting patients for its Phase Ia study of compound ETS2101 in brain cancer.

The company had previously paused recruitment for the trail due to a drug storage issue, which it has since resolved. Patients who had already received treatment with the compound at the time of the temporary hiatus were able to be dosed in line with the trial's protocols, e-Therapeutics said.

Shares in e-Therapeutics were trading up 6.88% at 34.20 pence Thursday morning.
