DX Group Hires Ex-Hornby Finance Head Mulligan As New CFO

LONDON (Alliance News) - Delivery solutions firm DX (Group) PLC said on Wednesday it has appointed former Hornby PLC finance chief David Mulligan as its new chief financial officer.

DX's current interim CFO, James Hayward, will remain for an unspecified period to help with the handover.

Before Hornby, Mulligan spend much of his career at Morgan Sindall Group PLC, where he was CFO for nine years, and was also a division finance director at Renewi PLC, when it was known as Shanks Group PLC.

Chairman Ron Series said: "I am pleased to announce David's appointment as CFO. He has an impressive track record of working with companies undergoing change, and will be a valuable asset as we progress our plans to revitalise DX and place the business on a sound footing for long term growth."

DX shares were up 4.3% on Wednesday at 7.30 pence per share.
