LONDON (Alliance News) - Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC Wednesday said it has made a GBP5 million investment in Blackrock Programme Management.
London-based Blackrock provides independent expert witness and construction consulting services for large construction projects.
Dunedin has made the investment through the Dunedin Buyout Fund III.
"Blackrock is a market leader with a strong pipeline of high profile contracts and is currently advising on over USD4 billion of construction disputes. This investment will support an active expansion strategy, through ongoing organic growth as well as selective acquisitions," said Giles Perry, a partner at Dunedin and manager of the trust.
Shares in Dunedin were down 0.7% to 337.58 pence on Wednesday.
