LONDON (Alliance News) - Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC on Friday said it has committed GBP8.1 million to an investment in Alpha Financial Markets.
The investment, made through the Dunedin Buyout Fund III, gives the trust an 11.6% stake in the asset and wealth management consulting firm.
Alpha advises three quarters of the top 50 global asset managers, according to Dunedin.
Earlier on Friday, UK mid-market private equity house Dunedin revealed the investment in Alpha, in a transaction valued at GBP80.0 million.
Shares in Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust were up 0.4% at 298.21 pence on Friday.
