Dunedin Enterprise Chairman Marescotti To Resign Due To Other Roles

LONDON (Alliance News) - Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC announced Wednesday that Federico Marescotti will not be standing for re-election at the company's AGM in May and has resigned from his non-executive director role.

Marescotti handed gave his notice of resignation citing his other significant commitments and directorships.

Dunedin Enterprise Chairman Duncan Budge said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Federico for the substantial contribution that he has made since 2009 and we wish him well for the future. "

Shares in Dunedin Enterprise were down 2.5% Wednesday afternoon, to 362.72 pence each.
