LONDON (Alliance News) - Duet Real Estate Finance Ltd on Friday said it will return funds to shareholders after securing proceeds from the repayment of its Master Fund's UK Prime Office loan.
Duet said it received GBP5.5 million in proceeds from the repayment of the loan and will now return this to shareholders. The return is equivalent to 5.67 pence per share.
Duet has previously announced plans to return proceeds to shareholders earlier this month.
Shares in Duet were untraded on Friday, having last traded at 14.00p.
