LONDON (Alliance News) - Drum Income Plus REIT PLC on Thursday said it continues to see good investment opportunities in the UK's regional commercial property market.
Drum Income Plus said the majority of UK regions continue to show growth in output, employment and consumer spending, driving tenant demand for commercial property outside of London.
The fund, which invests in small commercial properties in the UK and which floated in London in March 2015, said its net asset value per share at the end of March was 92.6 pence, with its total property portfolio valued at GBP40.6 million.
The company acquired three properties for a total of GBP15.0 million in the quarter to the end of March and continues to focus on securing further regional assets.
Drum Income Plus shares were untraded on Thursday, having last traded at 111.75p.
