LONDON (Alliance News) - Drum Income Plus REIT PLC said Wednesday that its net asset value for the first half of 2018 was higher than the 2017 full-year at September end.
The group's net asset value per share at March end was 95.41 pence, up 1.5% from 93.96p as at end of September 2017, but lower 1.2% year-on-year. The net asset value total return was 4.7%.
The investment company declared two interim dividends of 1.5p per share each in the six months period, representing a 9% year-on-year increase.
The board expects dividend to total at least 6.0p for the year to September 30.
"The board believes that the prospects for the regional property market remain positive. The many asset management opportunities across the company's 10 investment properties will deliver increased value for shareholders over the medium term," Chairman John Evans said.
Drum Income shares were untraded on Wednesday at 94.50p.
