LONDON (Alliance News) - Construction consultancy Driver Group PLC said Tuesday that it has created a joint venture with MHPM Project Managers Inc, to increase its footprint in Canada.
Driver said the joint venture will combine the capacity and skills base of the two businesses, to provide a presence in the Canadian market for its brands and services.
MHPM Project Managers leads construction projects across Canada, with over 300 full time project and programme managers operating out of 25 offices.
"Together, Driver Group and MHPM can now utilise this network of offices, people and clientele to develop an advisory offering aimed at avoiding, managing and resolving disputes on construction, infrastructure and engineering projects," Driver said in a statement.
Driver shares were up 0.4% at 11.40 pence per share Tuesday morning.
