LONDON (Alliance News) - Drax Group PLC Wednesday said Chairman Charles Berry will step down from his position following the company's annual general meeting in April 2015.
The FTSE 250 power company said it has started the process of identifying a replacement for Berry, who joined the board of the company as a non-executive in December 2005 and was appointed chairman in April 2008.
Drax expects to appoint a successor with effect from the close of its AGM in April next year.
Drax shares were down 0.1% at 636.00 pence on Wednesday.
