LONDON (Alliance News) - Drax Group PLC on Wednesday said it appointed John Baxter as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Baxter has "extensive engineering and safety experience" in the energy industry, the FTSE 250 power generation company said, as he worked for over 45 years across the nuclear, electricity and oil & gas sectors.
Between 2004 and 2015, Baxter worked for BP PLC, with his most recent role being group head of Engineering & Process Safety.
Drax shares were trading down 0.2% at 369.40 pence each.
