LONDON (Alliance News) - Draganfly Investments Ltd Friday said its GBP360,000 placing last November has provided it with liquidity and scope to develop any investment opportunities that may arise in the coming months.
Draganfly Investments was reporting interim results that showed net assets of GBP654,694 at the end of October 2014.
"The net asset value of these interim results is per the pre consolidation shares and does include the Atlantic Healthcare PLC asset, and does not include the net placing proceeds," Draganfly said.
The unquoted shareholding in Atlantic Healthcare PLC is currently being distributed to shareholders.
The company reported a loss of GBP41,024 in the six months to that stage, compared with a GBP65,680 loss in the corresponding period last year.
Draganfly shares were untraded on Friday at 1.25 pence.
