20th Jul 2015 06:39

LONDON (Alliance News) - DP Poland PLC on Monday provided a robust trading update for the first half of 2015, as the group said it has now registered 11 consecutive quarters of double-digit like-for-like system sales growth.

The company, which operates franchised Domino's Pizza stores in Poland, said its total system sales in the first half to the end of June rose by 23%, with like-for-like system sales rising 16%.

It said its order count in the half was up by 15%, while its like-for-like gross profit in the half was up by 27%.

"Total system sales were up 23.3% in the first half of 2015, and we saw continued double digit like-for-like store growth in system sales, order count and gross profit," said Chief Executive Peter Shaw.

"We are well advanced in site negotiations and store construction for expansion into new cities in the fourth quarter of 2015," Shaw added.
