LONDON (Alliance News) - DP Poland PLC, which owns the exclusive rights to develop, operate and sub-franchise Domino's Pizza stores in Poland, on Thursday reported its thirteenth consecutive quarter of double-digit like-for-like system sales growth in the final quarter of 2015.
Like-for-like system sales in 2015 grew by 16% year-on-year, contributing to 13 consecutive quarters of double-digit growth between 2012 and 2015. This continued into January which saw 29% growth.
Like-for-like system sales are total retail sales including sales from corporate and sub-franchised stores.
Meanwhile, like-for-like gross profit increased by 27% in the year, and like-for-like order count was up 14%.
DP Poland opened six new stores in five cities during the year with more stores currently under construction and a pipeline of further openings planned for 2016.
Shares in DP Poland were trading up 8.5% at 25.77 pence on Thursday morning.
