LONDON (Alliance News) - DP Poland PLC Tuesday reported growth in like-for-like sales in the first quarter of 2015, as it posted its tenth consecutive quarter of double-digit like-for-like system sales growth.
The company, which operates Domino's Pizza stores in Poland, reported a 17% rise in like-for-like system sales in the first quarter, with like-for-like gross profit up 29% and like-for-like system order count up 16%.
It said earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation in its corporate stores continue to strengthen each month, while its franchisees have been reporting improving store profitability.
"2015 promises to be another year of progress as our maturing stores deliver growing returns, and we extend the estate into new cities," Chief Executive Peter Shaw said in a statement.
Shares in DP Poland shot up 11% at 18.42 pence late Tuesday morning.
