(Alliance News) - Downing Four VCT PLC on Monday declared first half dividends for two of its share classes.
The venture capital trust declared a 13.60 pence per share dividend for its General A Shares and a 10.06p per share dividend for the Structured A Shares.
The payouts will be released on September 27, Downing said.
Shares in the trust closed untraded in London on Monday, last quoted at 0.11p each.
