(Alliance News) - dotdigital Group PLC on Tuesday named John Conoley as non-executive chair, effective immediately.
Conoley succeeds Michael O'Leary, who stepped down from the board of the online marketing company on Tuesday.
Conoley is currently executive chair of AIM-listed FireAngel Safety Technology PLC. Prior to that, Conoley was chair of Wameja Ltd from 2013 to 2021, during which time he oversaw a joint venture with MasterCard Inc.
Chief Executive Milan Patel said: "John brings with him a wealth of experience in growing international businesses and has a track record of accelerating growth through strategic M&A. He was the stand-out candidate in terms sector and public company experience and has the right personality to drive the group forward and help it achieve its growth ambitions."
Shares in dotdigital were up 3.3% to 70.43 pence each in London on Tuesday late morning.
