dotDigital Group Chair To Step Down After Taking Up New CEO Role

LONDON (Alliance News) - Software company dotDigital Group PLC on Tuesday said Chair Frank Beechinor-Collins will step down from his role after eight years.

Beechinor-Collins decided to leave his role after taking up the position of chief executive officer of SmartSpace Software PLC in July 2018, as the new role took over more of his time.

Richard Kellett-Clarke, currently non-executive director of dotDigital, will become chair, with the company looking to appoint a new chair no later than October 2020, at which point Kellett-Clarke will have served 9 years on the board.

Furthermore, having served on the board for 10 years, Non-Executive Director Peter Simmonds stepped down with immediate effect.

While, Boris Huard has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, also immediately. Huard is currently the UK & Ireland managing director for Experian Decision Analytics.

dotDigital shares were trading down 1.7% at 93.36 pence each on Tuesday afternoon.
