LONDON (Alliance News) - AIM-listed Doriemus PLC Thursday said it has signed a deal with Angus Energy making it joint operator of Angus' Lidsey oil field in West Sussex in return for a 10% interest in the field.
The two companies will now planning to rework the well in order to increase production at the field, Doriemus said in a statement.
The company has a 60-day first right of refusal to negotiate a 25% interest in the field.
Doriemus shares were up 31.6% at 0.125 pence Thursday morning.
