LONDON (Alliance News) - Doriemus PLC Thursday said the operator of its Lidsey oilfield in West Sussex has commenced phase one of its work-over of the Lidsey-1 well.
The oil and gas investment company said it expects the work-over to lead to significant production increases from the sites current production of 25 barrels of oil per day.
The full programme on Lidsey-1 will comprise a well stimulation, a full clean-out to total depth and perforation of new oil zones which will be determined after a new extended logging run, followed by a new completion assembly.
The company said that the entire programme is expected to be completed within two to four weeks.
Doriemus shares were up 130.56% to 0.207 pence Thursday.
