Domino's Pizza Starts Share Buyback Programme For GBP32 Million

LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 250-listed Domino's Pizza Group PLC said on Friday it has commenced its share buyback programme, to purchase up GBP32.0 million in shares.

The buyback is part of a GBP50 million programme announced earlier in the month, GBP18 million of which already has been completed. It is intended to reduce the share capital of the company, so Domino's will cancel all shares purchased.

The buyback programme will be in place from Friday to the end of 2018.

Shares in Domino's Pizza Group remained broadly flat at 324.50 pence on Friday.
