(Alliance News) - Domino's Pizza Group PLC on Wednesday said Ebbe Jacobsen will step down from his board role of independent non-executive director, effective from January 28.
Jacobson has been part of the takeaway firm for six years since 2014.
"On behalf of the board, I should like to thank Ebbe for his dedication and significant contribution to Domino's over the past six years. We wish him every success for the future," said Domino's Interim Chair Ian Bull.
Domino's shares were down 1.0% at 300.40 pence each on Wednesday afternoon in London.
