LONDON (Alliance News) - Domino's Pizza Group PLC said Tuesday Non-Executive Director Steve Barber will step down at the pizza delivery chain's next annual general meeting in 2019.
Domino's said it has started a search for Barber's successor, and will make an announcement "in due course".
The company also plans to search for an additional independent non-executive director to "broaden and complement the existing skills and experience" of the current board.
Shares in Domino's Pizza closed down 0.1% Tuesday at 269.83 pence each.
